These terms govern your use of the CORVUS website and dashboard. Last updated: October 7, 2026.

CORVUS is an information tool, not financial advice. Risk scores, signals and market data are provided for research and education only. Crypto assets are highly volatile and you can lose all of the money you put in.

1. Accepting these terms

By accessing or using CORVUS (the website, the dashboard and any related services, together "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What CORVUS provides

CORVUS aggregates public market data, news and sentiment, and turns them into risk scores, signals and context for crypto and other markets. The Service is provided for information and research purposes only. It does not execute trades, hold funds or manage accounts on your behalf.

3. No financial advice

Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. You alone are responsible for your decisions. Please read our Disclaimer.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. You are responsible for making sure that using the Service, and trading the assets it covers, is lawful where you are.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

copy, resell, redistribute or publicly display CORVUS signals, scores or data feeds without written permission;
scrape, crawl or make automated requests that place an unreasonable load on the Service;
try to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its infrastructure or other users' data;
reverse engineer the Service except where the law expressly allows it;
use the Service for anything unlawful, including market manipulation.

6. Plans and payments

CORVUS offers a free tier and may offer paid plans. Where a paid plan is available, its price, billing period, trial terms and any renewal or cancellation conditions will be shown to you before you pay, and those conditions form part of these terms.

7. Third-party data

Market prices and other inputs come from third parties such as exchanges and data providers. CORVUS does not control those sources and does not guarantee that the data is accurate, complete, timely or continuously available. Free-tier data may be delayed.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, risk models, text and the CORVUS name and logo, belongs to CORVUS or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service under these terms; no other rights are granted.

9. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, CORVUS is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if we need to in order to protect the Service or other users. You can stop using the Service at any time.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
